As our heads are finally above the water here at HSS ProService FSSC after a 15 months financial year, I wanted to go public about the achievements of the best Finance Shared Services Centre Team
Since joining in August 2023, I have been trusted by the HSS ProService executive team and my organisation to re-shape, upskill and re energise our function.
After months of hard work and drive for quality, I am delighted to share every single team has at least achieved if not more all the stretching targets that were set!
Meeting or over achieving is not always about numbers to me…
The numbers are about the WHAT… and on that front I cannot fault the team for going above and beyond. It been about meeting SLAs, achieving KPIs or resolving historical issues. The results are here:
⭐ No more backlog in Master data creation & management
⭐ Record Suppliers statement reconciliation
⭐ Dispute & invoice queries management quality & speed
⭐ AR lowest level of un allocated cash
⭐ Credit smashing our lowest levels of overdues ever
What I really want to command today is the HOW!
The HOW each and every individual in every team came together to make the WHAT happen….
That team spirit that takes months and years sometimes to build, that common purpose this FSSC team has found and achieved it. That togetherness was very visible and has created an energy that has allowed us to feel on the top of the world when closing the financial year end.
As importantly, it is not a moment in time, a one off… To me this is a strong robust base I know we are all going to build on to keep improving ourselves as professionals and drive further added value to the business.
