Therefore we're seeking an experienced Candidate Experience & Employee Screening Manager to join us on a full time permanent basis to develop our candidate experience and processes further. Reporting to the Head of People Services in HR, you’ll lead a team of People Service Advisors responsible for the recruitment support, pre-employment screening and onboarding of all new joiners to AXA and subsidiaries.
In addition, the team provide support for internal appointments and the ongoing screening of employees in accordance with relevant statutory and legislative requirements. You’ll provide specialist technical advice and solutions, working pro-actively with AXA UK stakeholders, business customers and third party suppliers (e.g. Trailight, HireRight) to continuously review current processes and implement improvements. At AXA we’re adopting a hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Bolton office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.There may be a requirement for some travel in this role.
