We know workplace wellbeing has transformed over time, evolving from a gradual progression to a dynamic and constantly evolving force. The focus now shifts from questioning the importance of prioritising wellbeing to discussing how swiftly and efficiently leaders can enact real and enduring change. The era of partial solutions has passed; what we require now is resolute leadership to guide us towards a healthier and sustainable tomorrow.
With the conference theme of Innovate Regenerate we wanting to link our Leadership series this year to PEOPLE, PLANET, PURPOSE and we held our first Leaders events online last month exploring embedding sustainable workplace wellbeing.
Knowing a leaders influence in nurturing a culture of wellness and mental health awareness is paramount for a thriving work environment we invited Harry Key, Head of Global Specialist Services at CiC Wellbeing to join us as he took a deep dive into the realms of wellbeing, mental health, and psychological safety
It was an insightful, engaging and thought provoking session with excellent interaction, lots of energy in the 'virtual' room and great to see everyone opening up and sharing across our member organisations. We all felt reassured knowing that we all have similar challenges.
💠 A Note from CIC Wellbeing 💠
'I wanted to reach out to say thank you, on behalf of Harry and myself, for your enthusiasm to engage with the CiC session on Embedding Sustainable Workplace Wellbeing.
As Harry said, it is a rare delight to have a cohort of senior leaders from different sectors in one ‘room’ to discuss the various challenges they are facing with wellbeing within their own organisations'.
Claire Neal, Workplace Mental Health Specialist and Harry Key, Head of Global Specialist Services
