IFF are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join their client's Shared Services Centre team for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping their current processes for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing changes to improve the overall process.
Experience in a leadership role in Shared Services covering Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable is understandably a key requirement!
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and document current processes for Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, including all relevant steps, stakeholders, and pain points
- Analyse the mapped processes to identify areas of inefficiency, waste, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement changes to the processes to address identified issues and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful implementation of changes
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to support the new processes
- Provide recommendations for future process improvements and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Process improvement experience working in a Finance Shared Services environment
- Order to Cash and Procure To Pay expertise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with process mapping and improvement tools and techniques (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
