FUTURE-READY LEADERSHIP: MINDSET RESET - SEPTEMBER 14TH 2022

Today we held the last Leaders event of 2022 online and it was great that so many of you could join us.

SSF UK Board Directors David Herd and Lisa Hooley kicked off an interactive Sli.do session exploring Future-Ready Leadership and asking the questions:

·       What skills do we as Leaders need to lead business in the future?

·       How do we combine all of the new innovations with a People and Purpose focus?

·       How are we preparing to be future ready?

We also welcomed guest speakers Peter Richardson, Managing Director of Protiviti and Leyla Tindall, Managing Director at Robert Half with their session that explored how leaders can evolve their mindset by examining the challenges through the lenses of people, technology and process:

• People – How leaders can meet and manage the expectations of an increasingly differentiated workforce (age, diversity, lifestyle expectations, behaviours, motivators)  
• Technology – The Future of Work is going to be shaped by powerful technology. Understanding what that means requires strong leadership and collaboration across the organisation. Emerging tech will transform from 2D headset calls to 3D immersive experiences. How will this impact the working experience and culture?  
• Process – With the ‘where’ being less important now, how do leaders ensure that each segment of their workforce will get the best value from both virtual and in-person interactions with colleagues and customers?
