Thankyou to all our members who have taken the time to send in their award nominations. Due to the excellence response we have received so far, we are extending the deadline.
The awards honour those in our membership who have exemplified our Forum’s core values of ‘Community’, ‘Leadership’ and ‘Evolution’ over the last 12 months. This year we are delighted to announce a 4th award category based on our conference theme ‘TomorrowNow’.
All member organisations are eligible to nominate one colleague per category. The deadline for nominations is close of day on Friday 25th October. All nominees will be listed on the Forum’s website and all members will be able to vote for who they think should win one of our prestigious awards.
The top 3 candidates in each category will be invited to the Annual Conference Awards Dinner, being held at Aintree Racecourse, on the evening of 20th November, 2019, where this year’s winners will be announced.
The Award Categories
Community – someone who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, had introduced, developed or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the community in which their business operates.
Leadership – someone who has shown exceptional leadership qualities, that have made a significant positive impact and difference to their team.
Evolution – someone who has embraced change, technology or other opportunities to create transformation and helped show others the way, through their vision.
Conference theme award - 'TomorrowNow' - This award category has been created to recognise someone who is able to articulate their ‘Tomorrow Now'. Someone who has a clear vision and plan for their future operating environment (incorporating required change around people, process/technology and other dimensions) - and can clearly articulate what they are doing right now, to ensure that they create the right transformation to make it a reality.
