As you know we are holding our first ever virtual Annual Conference on 10th & 11th of November 2020 and that means our Future Vision Awards ceremony is going virtual too. Therefore we are excited to announce that the nominations for the FutureVision awards 2020 will be open from Monday 7th of September.
This is the time of the year when we celebrate our amazing members for their achievements and thank you all for your continued support throughout the year. This year we have our 3 core awards for Community, Leadership and Evolutionand the Conference Theme award, NextTEN NextGEN, all of which are part of the nominations process.
We also have 2 new awards for 2020, most engaged Network Chair and most engaged Member Organisation. These will be chosen using event engagement data and awarded by the SSF UK Board.
Someone who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, has introduced, developed or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the community in which their business operates.
Someone who has shown exceptional leadership qualities, that have made a significant positive impact and difference to their team.
Someone who has embraced change, technology or other opportunities to create transformation and helped show others the way, through their vision.
This award category has been created to recognise a member who can describe and demonstrate their ‘NextTEN NextGEN’ strategy. They will have having a clear vision and strategic plan for their future operating environment, incorporating a long term view of change, delivery and performance in both people and technology dimensions. They will be able to clearly articulate what they are doing right now – and planning to do in years to come - to ensure that they create the right collaborative culture, sustainable environment and flexible infrastructure to make ‘NextTEN Next GEN’ a reality, and their future business destination.
Please email your nominations to Events@sharedservicesforumuk.com and include a brief description of who you are nominating and why. Please also attach their photograph to the email.
Please note it is one nomination per category for each member organisation - (a max of 4 nominations and the same person cannot be nominated for more than 1 award). Please keep your description to no more than 100 words, any words above this wont be included. You will only be voting for the community, leadership, evolution and conference theme award.
Nominations will close on Friday 2nd of October, voting will then begin via the website on Wednesday the 7th of October and close on Wednesday 21st of October.
The Awards Ceremony will take place virtually on Wednesday 11th of November to close our annual conference. Details to follow on registering for the event.
