Their organisation approach and people strategy will be the key to solving tomorrow’s problems, through a truly enabled workforce that thrives through empowerment.
Recognising a member organisation that has made a collaborative effort to embed a culture of Wellbeing at work, that is valued by their team members as a game-changer; helping boost engagement, team spirits, productivity and personal development through the prioritisation of employee wellbeing.
This award acknowledges a member organisation that has created a culture of Sustainability at work, building Shared Services value and culture through their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices, in supporting their organisation, to balance People, Purpose and Planet for the future.
This award will recognise a team that has delivered outstanding services to their 'customers' over that last 12 months (as attested by Customers), through the positive impact from effective relationships, collaborative ways of working, problem solving, continuous improvement and demonstrating their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ethos
Recognising a member organisation that embraces the core Shared Services Forum UK ethos of sharing for mutual member benefit - and whom other members feel contributed the most valuable and beneficial insight topic at one of our SSF UK network events this year.
This award will celebrate a team player who has been working in shared services for no more than five years, but who has already had a considerable impact & influence within their shared service centre.
