We would like to introduce and welcome Lucy Bisset, Director at Robert Walters and Walters People. Lucy will be holding an online interactive session with us on the 7th July at 11am focusing online recruitment and onboarding.
Having graduated from the University of Sheffield with a 2:1 in English Language & Sociology in 2004, with absolutely no idea what she wanted to do, Lucy got a job in recruitment! 16 years later and Lucy has established herself as one of the leading professionals in her field. Lucy has been with the Robert Walters Group for over 8 years where she currently heads up the Manchester and Liverpool offices for both the Robert Walters and Walters People brands.

Walters People was launched in the UK in 2019 and uses the same quality of service as Robert Walters, but with speed to market and state of the art technology. Walters People focuses on Contract, Transactional and Part Qualified Finance professionals as well as Business Support.
Lucy has plated a pivotal role within the Shared Services Centre community, heading up centralisation and relocation projects for many clients such as Kier, SG Gaming, Sainsbury's, Thomas Cook and ISS. Working with the SSC industry, Lucy has come to believe that understanding the DNA of the business and attracting the right talent is fundamental to its success.
