The Covid legacy has led to an explosion of mental health issues within the work place and the Health and Safety Executive now want to see stress risk assessments.
In this session Michelle Corrigan, Senior Associate and Jenny Walker in the employment, immigration and pensions team at international law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP will discuss the legal and practical challenges and risks associated with managing issues associated with mental health and stress including; mental health risk assessments; getting the best from your occupational health advisers; rehabilitation and return to work planning; intermittent and long term absence; presentism; and supporting employees and managers to resolve and deal effectively with these issues.
