NOMINATIONS FOR THE FUTURE VISION AWARDS 2024 ARE NOW OPEN

We are excited to announce that nominations for the Future Vision awards 2024 are now open.

This is our favourite time of the year when we get to celebrate you, your teams and organisations for your all your achievements and hard work throughout the year.

As always we have our 3 core awards for Community, Leadership and Evolution, the conference theme award YOUR CULTURE YOUR DNA and returning from last year the Wellbeing Impact, Shared Service Sustainability, Customer Collaboration and Rising Star awards.

COMMUNITY AWARD

Someone who, either through their work or extra-curricular activities, has introduced, developed or contributed to a sense of community within their workplace, the shared services industry or the community in which their business operates.

LEADERSHIP AWARD

Someone who has shown exceptional leadership qualities, that have made a significant positive impact and difference to their team. 

EVOLUTION AWARD

Someone who has embraced change, technology or other opportunities to create transformation and helped show others the way, through their vision. 

YOUR CULTURE YOUR DNA

Embedding values in the DNA of an organisation is core to creating a game-changing work environment that helps maximise performance and ensure lasting impact. 

Prioritising focus on organisational DNA as the foundation stone of an enabling and inclusive culture is key to attracting and retaining talent, fostering innovation and thriving in today's competitive business landscape. When organisational purpose, values and culture align in balance, employees are more motivated, engaged and content. 

Positive cultures naturally encourage transformation and collaboration, empowering employees to share ideas that make a difference and drive the organisation forward. In order to thrive, we must cultivate inclusive environments by understanding our company's DNA, adapting to meet others' needs and building a community that values and amplified diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

This award is recognising a member organisation that is driving progressive and impactful cultural change by embracing it's organisations DNA to make a difference and create a work environment in which it's employees truly thrive.

WELLBEING IMPACT AWARD

Recognising a member organisation that has made a collaborative effort to embed a culture of Wellbeing at work, that is valued by their team members as a game-changer; helping boost engagement, team spirits, productivity, and personal development through the prioritisation of employee wellbeing.

SHARED SERVICES SUSTAINABILITY AWARD

This award acknowledges a member organisation that has created a culture of Sustainability in Shared Services, driving value that supports the wider organisations goals to prioritise and balance People, Purpose and Planet for now and the future.

CUSTOMER COLLABORATION AWARD

This award will recognise a team that has delivered outstanding services to their 'customers' over that last 12 months (as attested by Customers), through the positive impact from effective relationships, collaborative ways of working, problem solving, continuous improvement and demonstrating their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ethos.

RISING STAR AWARD

This award will celebrate a team player who has been working in shared services for no more than five years, but who has already had a considerable impact & influence within their shared service centre. 

Please email your nominations to Events@sharedservicesforumuk.com including a brief description of who you are nominating and why, along with a photograph of the nominee.

Please note it is one nomination per category for each member organisation and the same person cannot be nominated for more than 1 award. 

Please keep your description to no more than 250 words, any words above this will not be included.

Nominations will close on Friday September 20th.

Voting will then begin via the website on Monday September 23rd and close on Friday October 4th.

The Awards Ceremony will take place on the evening of November 12th at Aintree Racecourse and we look forward to celebrating with you soon.
