Nicole Green and Dominic Tagg brought some great insight into the power of harnessing the data we have and how to use it before you collect it. KPI's aren't a one size fits all. They are driven by data and the multiple lenses that different parts of the organisation use to analyse and derive insight.
Our high level look at Generative AI was a journey of the art of the possible. Our members are at different stages of the journey but on the same track. While the opportunity is clear, there were concerns over bias, data quality and training. A great link back to the first topic.
