Fantastic to see everyone online this morning for the Digital & Operational Excellence network event. We may not of been able to get together in person as planned due to the rail strikes BUT that didnt prevent the event from being a huge success and very well attended.
The session kicked off with an interactive session on automation and a member contribution from Michael Gleeson and Rix Patel and their data transformation journey at Cadent Gas. Fantastic introduction and insights shared on why they need to transform, target operation models, key organisational development principals, behaviours and cultures and what is coming next!! Philip King from The Hackett Group completed today's event with an interactive session focused on how to create a sustainable continuous improvement mindset. Philip shared details on The Hackett Group's measurement methodology for Digital World Class performance and shared insights on the evolution of continuous improvement, focussing on customer experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
