Today we held our second online HR & Payroll network event. Network Chairs Jenny Roberts and Lisa Dennis put together a fantastic agenda to include a 'hot topic' session on Diversity & Inclusion which included a presentation from Marc Vincent, HR Business Partner, Integrator at Sodexo. Marc shared his thoughts on D&I, how Sodexo are implementing it within their teams and how technology is supporting it.
We had a great member contribution from Paul Lundbeck from Virgin Care. Paul shared details on how they are helping their workforce with financial wellbeing, education and understanding their pay.
We closed the session with an interactive session from Wendy Muirhead, VP of Ceridian Europe focusing on "On Demand Pay". Wendy shared details on what 'Pay on demand' is, how it works, what you need to know and why and when it is coming to the UK.
