Yesterday we held our first online Operational Excellence Network event. Network Chairs Scott Worth and Rob Lancaster facilitated the session which focused on what experiences people are having in establishing their SSC teams to work from home. What technology has been useful in this, and what have been the limitations of that technology. Also how have people addressed the specific challenge of existing paperwork.
