Yesterday we held our first online Order to Cash network event, hosted by Network Chairs Martin Kirby and Duncan Trubody. It was a fantastic session with lots of information and great participation.
Martin started the session with welcome and introductions to the group and a brief outline of the agenda. He used various slides as examples to create some interesting discussion points.

The session then moved on to the current Key Challenges. What do our leaders need at this time. How deep is the disruption? How long with this last? And what is the shape of recovery? He touched on the indicators we need to be monitoring. CASH, COST PEOPLE.
Remote working was next on the agenda - How was it for your Teams? Did it work? Can we sustain it? What were the successes and an approach to building effective teams - STRUCTURE PEOPLE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY.
Survival was next topic covered and do you Know Your Customer (KYC) - Do you really know your customers, what is their industry, who are their customers and what strategy do you take to work with each of them? Also understanding what is viewed as difficult and why.
What is your exit plan and what does it look like?
The session rounded up with Moving Forward, what the warning signs are, relationships with sales and the customer and new tools.
