The Position:
This role will be responsible for the provision of professional and accurate HR Administration support to internal and external customers, contributing to the achievement of the HR Shared Service Centre’s objectives and KPIs. A key aspect of this role will be ensuring that the employee is at the heart of everything we do and bringing to life the Otis HR Operating Model.
Key Accountabilities:
· To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times
· To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers
· Act as the first point of receipt and triage of service requests (emails and forms) to HR Shared Services, ensuring that where possible requests are resolved at first review and if not then assigned to the appropriate team to support the customer/ activity
· Administrative tasks include but are not limited to:- Prepare ad hoc mail merges as required by the business
- The preparation and submission of employment references - Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based)- Administration of the absence and leave process- Administration of new starter materials
· Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and ad-hoc in relation to business requirements
· Ensuring personal completion of helpdesk tasks within KPI timescales· To carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary· Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures· Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures· Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)

Compensation:
Otis offers a competitive compensation package, which will include a base salary, as well as long-term incentives.
