"The magic created in our events eminates from our people" a statement which is certainly true as we look back to our 2018 SSF UK Annual Conference and remind ourselves why we belong to a truly great forum which we created and filled with like minded people.
We cried with Alex but came away determined to find our own 'Everest', we listened intently to Tom Bangemann as he told us about the latest global trends in Business Services, focusing on Technology and Talent, we laughed with Dr Maggie as she inspired us with her vision and accomplishments and lastly, as we laughed with Kriss, there were a few of us who shed a tear when we watched the Olympic Relay Race again!

Some of you preferred the round table layout, most of you enjoyed the two day event with the networking sessions on the first day. All feedback will be taken on board so that we continue to deliver what you want and expect from our forum.
