MONDAY MAY 15TH - LEADERSHIP
10am - Sewells, Dr William Holden & Gail Harrison - “Fostering Trust as a Leader to build team commitment”
As a Leader, you will undoubtedly have a long list of priorities which are clamouring for your attention…from creating a clear sense of direction to producing performance and results, at a time when levels of uncertainty are high, and change seems never ending. Whatever is on your current priority list, fostering outstanding relationships which are built on trust has never been more important.
In this webinar, we will focus on:

Why are they doing what I’ve asked them to do? Why don’t they seem to care as much as me? What more can I do? If you’ve asked yourself these questions, or any similar, come along to this session. Leadership starts with self, and then others; so we’ll explore what motivates and engages us first, as well as what gets in the way, then we’ll focus discussion on our teams to identify the same. Expect simple tools and great conversation… you already have the answers, we’ll use this time to unlock them.
