The last Credit Control Network Event of 2017 saw us go out in style with a bit of a difference! Really interesting presentation from our partners, CGI and a couple of demonstrations showing AI in action, so incredibly fast, makes you think!

An update from Debbie Tuckwood gave us everything we needed to know about the latest in CICM qualifications and Chris Sanders, Head of CICMQ presented on the CICMQ accreditation. Chris has written quite a few articles on Robotics and has kindly alllowed us to publish these in our resource section.

The star turn of the day however, had to come from Lee Duckworth from Sodexo. To say his story was inspirational would be an understatement. It was all about his team and how he recruited by personality and how they went on to win 'Commercial Team of the Year' at the British CICM awards in 2017.
