The Hackett Group GBS Competency Assessment tool, is aimed at establishing how well equipped your GBS Organisation is in the most critical skill areas, and how important you consider these skills to be in the next 2 years. This assessment will enable you to review the current overall competency levels across your GBS organisation in these critical skill areas.
Note: This is not a deep dive in to individual employees skills.
All participants will receive a full copy of their responses with some recommendations and best practices within a week of completing the survey.
