The course aim to build foundational GBS knowledge and progress to a more strategic look at expansion of GBS scope through service delivery, service management and integrated transformation management.
There are tree levels of training available for all levels and roles in GBS organisations:
Advanced Diploma in GBS
Aimed at a current leader of a GBS organisation (typically consisting of several leveraged centres and/or outsourcing contracting relationships), GBS centres, or one of the members of the GBS organisation’s senior management team.
Diploma in GBS
Aimed at either a midlevel manager running a process work team within a leveraged centre, or a senior associate within a leveraged centre preparing for a role as a manager.
Certificate in GBS
Designed for entry-level associate performing transactional or knowledge-based work.
- Training consists of 8 or 10 online courses (dependent on level), knowledge validated by end-of- course assessment
- Study time between 25-60 hours
- Professional accreditation, membership and CPE* credits awarded upon successful completion
