It is obvious from the responses received from our recent surveys that you value your forum and you like the way we do things.
The networking opportunities and the chance to share knowledge, experiences and best practise tips are the aspects you value the most.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience between our members and the purpose of the forum is to learn from and be inspired by each other. That said, we would like to encourage you all to attend the network events in 2018. We asked you which format you preferred and Round Table discussions topped the poll at 82%.
We will probably incorporate a mix of all within our network event format and this was discussed at our recent strategy day with our Network Chairs. We will also utilise technology better with Power Hours and webinars as these also proved popular.
Big Share week is coming up between 26th February and 2nd March and this will be in virtual format although if any member organisations would like to open their doors to other members during this time as asked in the question below, please let me know and I will put you in touch with each other:
I'd like to know who in other networks would be open to being approached for site visits and learn & share opportunities. I'm excited to see what comes up in Big Share week as sharing best practice
in practical areas of our jobs is where I think the network could be most valuable.
We would love you to play a more active part on the website in 2018, share your highs and lows with us, start some discussions on topics of interest and we, along with our network chairs, will try and point you in the right direction.
