Ashley is a Director within the People and Organisation consulting practice at PwC. She specialises in HR and people transformation programmes, specifically advising organisational leaders on how to transform their HR function, optimise their workforce and solve complex people problems.
Ashley has led a number of global transformation engagements across a range of clients which have involved defining and delivering target operating models and organisational design, implementing SaaS technology to enable change and drive self service,
and embedding new ways of working across HR and the business. Current and previous clients span across financial services organisations, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals as well as organisations within the public sector.
Ashley is passionate about the impact of technology on people and what this means for organisations. In addition to her work with clients, Ashley is currently mentoring a FinTech startup focused on talent attraction and development
as part of PwC's incubator programme, Scale.
