WELCOMING CLAIRE NEAL AND HARRY KEY TO SSF UK

After sharing the great news that we will be collaborating with CiC this year we are delighted to announce and welcome Claire Neal, Workplace Mental Health Specialist and Harry Key, Head of Global Specialist Services who will be featuring at our first Leaders event of 2025 where we will be focusing on 'Embedding Sustainable Workplace Wellbeing

CLAIRE NEAL

Claire has worked in the Workplace Mental Health field for 26 years.  She is an experienced, enthusiastic and conscientious advocate of promoting positive wellbeing at work.

Claire has worked for 4 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers on both the clinical and commercial side.

Most recently Claire has been Head of Workplace Mental Health at the charity Mental Health UK, speaking on webinars, podcasts and at conferences about psychological safety, burnout and the role of line managers in creating mentally health workplaces.

Claire has been a member of the This Can Happen Advisory Board as well as a judge on several Wellbeing Award panels.

She has recently joined CiC Wellbeing as a Workplace Mental Health Specialist.

HARRY KEY

Harry specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke psychological wellbeing programs for organisations in all sectors.

Harry runs CiC's Global Specialist Services clinical team and delivers face-to-face and online sessions to customers across the globe, working closely with senior leadership to ensure appropriate focus and content. In addition to this, Harry manages our industry leading Peer and Professional Support Programs. These are regularly arranged for world leading organisations in the global news, media, social media, government and international NGO sectors where he also consults on working with psychological risk/safety, wider change, crisis management and policy implementation initiatives.

Harry is a UKCP qualified and accredited existential psychotherapist (Masters Level) and sits as President Elect of the EAEF (Employee Assistance European Forum) and Committee Member of EAPA UK (The Employee Assistance Professionals Association). He is therefore in an exceptional position to provide professional and personal support on subjects that involve content on all mental health issues.

He uses current research to inform all programs, in addition to his own clinical expertise, and is experienced in working to address psychological risk, trauma, exposure to traumatic content and working in hostile environments.
