We are delighted to welcome back Jenny Walker, Associate and Michelle Jenkins, Senior Associate at DAC Beachcroft to SSF UK Collaboration Week this May.
JENNY WALKER
Jenny specialises in advising businesses on all aspects of employment law including, Employment tribunals, Business restructures and reorganisations (including redundancy exercises), Outsourcing and TUPE, Restrictive covenants and day to day advice on HR issues such as managing performance and sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures and settlement agreements.
Jenny is particularly interested in delivering employment law training, working with clients to develop bespoke "upskilling" courses for HR and line managers and has been privileged to act for a wide range of employer clients, from owner-managed business to major public companies. I also have experience of working in house in both the public and private sector, which has given me a true insight into the commercial and cultural factors that influence HR decision making. Jenny has also been named a "Rising Star" in the Legal 500 directory in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
MICHELLE JENKINS
Michelle is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at DAC Beachcroft, based in the Manchester Office and acts for a broad range of large employers and senior employees in a variety of sectors, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Michelle advises on a range of employment issues including long term absence, disciplinaries, grievances, re-organisations, collective redundancies and settlement agreements. Michelle drafts and reviews contracts of employment and a large range of company policies and procedures and also advise on Employment Tribunal litigation including claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Jenny and Michelle will be featuring on Tuesday May 16th at 10am with their session entitled "“Neurodiversity in the workplace: Employer obligations - getting it right”.
