We are delighted to welcome Judy Hart, Chief Executive of Investors in Excellence as guest speaker at our first Digital & Operational Excellence network event taking online on March 21st 2023.
Judy is privileged to have had 2 careers. First as a Corporate Lending and Premier Centre Manager for Barclays Bank where she learned how retail and corporate entities operate, in good times and bad, and feel proud to have contributed to the success of many. In some cases, now seeing the next generation taking the driving seat!
Returning from accompanying Kevin on an overseas RAF tour to Cyprus (well it just had to be done!) her second career began almost 20 years ago joining Midlands Excellence, now Investors in Excellence (IiE). Judy found time studying excellence only further ignited a passion for driving change and transformation excellently; and wanted to pursue excellence as a career.
Joining Midex/IiE was the best thing that happened. Now as CEO, and in the 21st anniversary year of the IiE Standard, the IiE Team of subject matter experts are poised to take this performance management framework globally, as well as creating Centres of Excellence across the UK delivering into the hands of leaders, at all levels of an organisation, the tools and techniques that deliver exceptional results.
