We would like to share the news that we will be welcoming Penny Weller, Ph.D., CMA, ADGBS, Senior Director, GBS Advisory to our annual conference on the 10th and 11th of November. Penny will be opening on day 2 of the conference and her presentation is entitled: Picking the right Key Performance Indicators for your GBS Organisation.A Motorola-certified six sigma black belt, Dr. Weller has a wealth of experience in GBS and shared services. She currently provides advice to clients through a combination of empirical research and experienced insights. Before joining The Hackett Group, Penny was an executive in finance shared services at Pfizer (Pharmacia). She is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and currently serves on the global board.
