WELCOMING YVONNE SAXON AND VICKY ROBERTS TO SSF UK COLLABORATION WEEK 2023

We are delighted to welcome Yvonne Saxon, Head of HR, Diversity & Inclusion Service and Vicky Roberts, Director and Head of VLearning at Vista Employer Services who will be featuring at SSF UK Collaboration Week 2023. 

 YVONNE SAXON

Yvonne has 20+ years’ experience working with HR & business leaders to deliver tailored pragmatic support to employers in diversity and inclusion, policy development, consultation, investigations, ER support and HR projects.

Yvonne was also the driving force behind Vista becoming the first organisation in the world to achieve the British Standard for Diversity and Inclusion (BS 76005) and more recently, the international ISO standard for Diversity and Inclusion (ISO 30415:2021: Human Resource Management – Diversity and Inclusion).

VICKY ROBERTS

An employment lawyer by background, Vicky has spent 20+ years working with large employers helping them to navigate the legal aspects of people management.

Whether it is a disciplinary issue, performance management, managing change and managing difficult conversations and conflict resolution, Vicky draws on this experience to understand where things go wrong, and explains how to put them right.

Vicky is a CIPD trained trainer, and has been designing and delivering training using accelerated learning techniques for over 10 years.
